How to Exercise

Start by cutting a lemon in half and squeezing the juice into a blender. Next, add any wet ingredients called for in your recipe, such as milk, yogurt, or juice. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.

Breath Control

While blending, take deep breaths in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth to stay relaxed and focused.

Common errors

Adding too much lemon juice can make the mixture too sour. Be sure to taste as you go and adjust accordingly.

Make sure to remove any seeds from the lemon before squeezing the juice into the blender. You can also add honey or sugar to balance out the tartness of the lemon juice.
