Starting Posture

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and arms relaxed by your sides.

How to Exercise

Begin by stepping your left foot behind your right foot while sweeping your arms up and across your body. As you do this, twist your torso to the right. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Continue alternating sides for a set amount of time or repetitions.

Breath Control

Inhale as you step your foot behind and sweep your arms up, and exhale as you return to the starting position.

Swinging your arms too forcefully can lead to loss of balance. Make sure to control the movement and focus on engaging the correct muscles.
